The amenities include 6 bedrooms, of which 3 are en-suite with King-Size beds, and 1 is en-suite with a Queen bed. There are a total of 5.5 bathrooms. Up to 12 people can stay in the villa. There is an oversize deck with covered lanai, pool, games room (with pool, foosball, air hockey), and TV/DVD/VCR in every bedroom. Bedrooms also have ceiling fans. Pool heating, BBQ, cribs, high chairs, strollers and XBox are available upon request.
