"This house was everything it said it was. Upon arrival, we had an air conditioning issue, and someone came immediately to fix it. This house is in a quiet family neighborhood, and is very comfortable. There was more than enough room for our family. I can never sleep comfortably away from home, and I have to say, this was the best sleep I ever had, even better than at home! The beds are really comfortable. We went on this vacation with the intention of doing nothing but relaxing. I dont know if there is much to do around here for teenagers, but the pool is terrific, the zoo is about 25 minutes away and we enjoyed going to Sanibel Island, about half an hour away with traffic. We had a wonderful time and would definitely consider this house again.

"I have been planning and organizing golf vacations for our group from Iowa and Illinois for over seven years. We have stayed in a variety of accommodations, but this, by far, has been our best location. The location provided us easy access to I75 which was imperative when attempting to arrive at the various courses played in a timely fashion. This also provided us convenient access to grocery stores and restaurants. This Florida villa was in excellent shape and provided beds for six people with additional sleeping accomodations on two very comfortable sofas. It was everything we asked for and more. We would stay here again in a heart beat."
