"Loved the spacious openess of the kitchen/family room area. Very clean property. Bedrooms were roomy and three bathrooms was a plus. Pool & hot tub were a favorite place to relax after 18 holes, or in the am before heading to the links."

"This house suited our needs perfectly. We traveled with 5 adults and 3 children. The house was spacious and comfortable. The pool was great and we spent alot of time on the patio. The neighborhood was beautiful and secure and the proximity to the beach, shopping and attractions was great. We enjoyed spending time with extended family. Having a well equipped kitchen was a big plus for us and we saved a ton by eating in."

"Beautiful house, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Easily accomodated 8 with room for additional guests. We enjoyed the split floor plan, allowing everyone to have space without being on top of one another. Beautiful gated, quite community on lake. We certainly would not hesitate to stay here again!!! "

"Upon entering the front door into the great living room and foyer I was overwhelmed to say the least. We accomodated 6 adults and two babies and no one was in the way of anyone else. The floorplan is totally great. The pool was used most days except for the last week when it for some reason got too cold.Heating the pool is an extra charge. The location of the house is very close to shopping of all kinds (ie. outlet mall, Publix, liquor outlet, restaraunts,and beaches). Good walking area. The house was pleasantly decorated and equipped to the nines basically. We highly recommend this house and are actually contemplating returning in 2011 if it is available. Excellent quiet gated community also!"

"Lovely house with good facilities. My family of four had more than enough space. The pool was a big hit with everyone and the children loved the hot tub. Service at Univ Vac was very good. Small problem with the pool was sorted in a timely manner. The location is quiet and the lake full of wildlife. The beach chairs and pool tools were a bonus."
