This two bedroom condominium sleeps four people in one double and one twin bedroom, each having its own balcony. There is one bathroom and two toilets, and the condo has full washing and drying facilities. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, fitted coffee percolator etc. This complex also has a large communal swimming pool with small sunbathing area, a gazebo and beach chairs are provided, as the long, silver-sanded beach is just 80 metres away. Many watersports and golf courses are available nearby. Anna Maria Island is an idyllic peaceful island, situated off the West Coast of Florida just north of Sarasota. It is connected to the mainland by two bridges and is approximately 45 minutes drive from Tampa. The Disney attraction area and Orlando are an easy two hours drive, and the island itself has a wide range of excellent bars and restaurants, some of which are situated on the beach.

There are many restaurants and shops nearby.

Sarasota, Siesta Key and Longboat Key are approximately one hour to the south, whilst to the north Tampa, St Petes, Clearwater, and Busch Gardens are also approximately an hours drive away. Orlando and the Attractions are 110 miles away on Interstates 75 and 4.
