There are two lounge areas, a formal dining area, fully fitted and equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, with patio doors onto the pool deck.

The master bedroom has a Kingsize bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queensize bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom which is fitted with twin beds.

The pool deck with pool and spa overlooks a pond and tropical vegetation.

Located on the beautiful Lemon Bay, off the coast of the Gulf of Mexico, Englewood is set comfortably on an area straddling two counties, harboured by several small islands and magnificent beaches in a tropical setting.  

Englewood is a beach community that thrives on its cultural events, nature parks, beaches, fishing, boating, and so much more.

Lemon Bay, the inner coastal waterway located between Englewood and Manasota Key, offers great fishing, spectacular boating, and a wide array of fabulous recreational opportunities. Some of the many sports available in the area are jet-skiing, paragliding, boat hire, scuba diving, excellent deep sea and fresh water fishing, tennis and of course, golf. This area is a golfer’s paradise with over 30 courses locally.

Manasota Key is a long, narrow key unlike any other in the area with beautiful, sandy white beaches loaded with shells, lush, tropical foliage, and an abundance of wildlife.

This is an area famous for tranquil and unspoiled beaches, and a superb base from which to visit the many State Parks, Everglades, sophisticated Sarasota and Naples.

Englewood is easily accessible from U.S. Route 41 or Interstate 75, and Englewood and Manasota Key are located just 35 miles south of Sarasota and 85 mile south from Tampa Bay, 50 miles north of Fort Myers, 90 miles north of Naples.

"We had wonderful relaxing time, pictures don't do this property justice, The lake to the rear is beutiful, and wildlife abounds. everything catered for at Villa including bikes, fishing rods, even chairs to take to beach, Add internet access for checking in for flights on line, Pine Valley Ct is only about 20 mins from Boca Grande and Manasota Key beaches which are fabulous, Many places to eat within short distance, However we chose to use the Gas BBQ grill and eat on sun deck, utilising the wonderful quality patio furniture. Hot Tub and pool also a great bonus. All in All TOP NOTCH HOLIDAY. Many thanks for allowing us to use such a lovely home"

"This was a beautiful peaceful luxurious retreat in the sun. The villa was absolutley wonderful with a great pool and relaxing jacuzzi looking out onto a creek with visits from numerous kinds of birds and wildlife. It was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for our relaxing holiday. The beaches were only 10-15 minutes away with shops and restaurants a short drive also.
