This beautiful new two storey four bedroom, three bathroom home, plus a den, is located on the inland waterway and has the benefit of two master suites, one of which has a private balcony, for viewing the wonderful sunsets over the island. The house also has it's own private boat dock.                        

The living and dining areas are comfortably furnished and there are a total of five televisions, two V.C.R.'s and a DVD player in the house. These are complimented by a tape deck and a CD player with a stereo system that pipes music throughout.

The first master bedroom on the ground floor has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has twin beds. These two rooms share the second full bathroom. There is also a den which has a double sleeper sofa, the house sleeping a total of 10 guests.

The second master bedroom is upstairs and has another king size bed, en-suite bathroom and it's own private balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer.

The south facing pool area includes a spa, lanai and a pool deck with tables, loungers and an outdoor grill. It also features optional electric pool heating, it's own private boat dock and wonderful wide views over the waterway.

A fantastic holiday home for relaxing by the pool or fishing from the boat dock, yet only a few minutes drive to local fine seafood restaurants, shopping plazas and the lovely beaches.

Nearby Naples offers a host of attractions, amenities and activities make Naples a great place to live and visit. Naples has the highest ratio of golf courses to golfers in the USA. But tennis enthusiasts find equally high standards of play here, while water lovers discover pristine white beaches of unsurpassed tropical beauty, complete with splendid shells and a full array of sea sports. Taking advantage of local sea fare are many casual waterfront and award-winning restaurants and some of the best cuisine from all over the world can be sampled in and around Naples. Shopping in Naples is another treat in store, with a spectacular selection of fashionable centers and plazas to choose from. From small boutiques and shops to the large chain and department stores at Coastland Center Mall and Waterside Shops, you can find just about anything in Naples.

This area is also the gateway to the Everglades and is a two/three hour drive to Miami.
