This fabulous, comfortably furnished, home built in 2004 with neatly landscaped gardens, is located only minutes away from Fort DeSoto Park beaches and magnificent St Pete Beach.

Throughout the villa there are a total of four colour cable televisions, V.C.R., D.V.D., stereo with C.D. player, wonderfully cooling ceiling fans and central air-conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer and plenty of crockery and utensils for the discerning chef.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a sleeper sofa, so will sleep a total of 8 guests.The master bedroom has a king size bed and full en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has twin beds, and share the 2nd full bathroom.

The pool area is very private, with high fencing all round. There is a covered lanai for eating poolside & sun loungers if you simply want to top up your tan. This is a great holiday villa for families or friends wishing to share, and is only a few minutes drive to beaches, local shopping malls and succulent fish restaurants. Pool heating is mandatory between the months of November and April and the cost of this will be reflected in the rate.

Clearwater, Tampa, and Busch Gardens are within easy reach, and Orlando and the attractions are approximately two hours drive away.
