This spacious three bedroom, two bathroom, home is located in the Venice area and has recently been re-decorated and newly furnished. Only a ten minute drive to Venice beach and will sleep up to 6/7 guests.

The living area includes comfortable leather sofas and large colour cable television, V.C.R. and CD player. There is also a formal dining table set for family meals.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite shower room. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have a queen bed and twin beds respectively and share the second full bathroom. A rollaway bed can be rented for a 7th person.

The kitchen overlooks the dining area and pool deck and is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including microwave and dishwasher. A laundry room is also available for your use complete with washer and drier.

The pool area is surrounded by a privacy fence and has ample poolside chairs and sunbeds. There is also optional electric pool heating for those cooler months. A built-in brick barbecue area is also available for outdoor dining.

A nice holiday home for a family or couples, only minutes from local shops and fine restaurants.
