To the left of the entrance is the master bedroom with king bed done in a palm theme.  There is an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, large walk in shower and deep tub.  There is also a large walk in closet.  This room also features a private entrance to the pool through sliding glass doors.

To the right of the entrance is the formal dining area also all in tan, very tastefully furnished.  You then continue to the kitchen with a pineapple theme, large and fully equipped with all the modern conveniences. Behind the kitchen is the washer and dryer and doorway that leads to the 2 car garage. There is an informal dining area which looks out onto the pool and lake.  The living room has 2 large overstuffed sofas and there is TV, VCR and DVD player.  To the right of the kitchen are the 2 other guest rooms that share  a bathroom, both rooms feature 2 twin beds.  To the back of the ling room is the other master suite all in blue with a full size bed..  There is an en-suite full bathroom and private entrance to the pool. 

 The pool area overlooks the gorgeous lake, 2 sets of tables and chairs for entertaining and dining on the lanai.  There is a Gas grill and lounge chairs for sunning.  A beautiful vacation home.

Port  Charlotte is ideally situated being approximately midway between Sarasota 25 miles to the north and Fort Myers 25 miles to the south, and with the beautiful islands of Captiva and Sanibel just off-shore from Fort Myers. There are many restaurants, shops, and malls within east reach, and there are opportunities for many sports including golf, tennis, fishing, baoting, sailing, and kayaking.
