“Just had to drop you a line to say a huge “thank you� for all you did for us while we were out in Florida. It was our fourth visit to the Sunshine State and 117 Troon Circle was by far the nicest house we have stayed in. Once Hurricane Frances was on its way, it was a huge relief to everyone to know that we were not being discarded because our time was up- with a party of 11 adults including an infant, three boys under 10, and an insulin dependant diabetic, it was crucial that we were together and safe. The many reassuring calls we received from both Arthur and Sarah, sorting the car, the house, the rearranged return flights, and calling all our family and friends, were priceless. Especially as it was impossible to buy a phone card anywhere. Since our return, I have been singing your company’s praises to anyone who will listen. Our experience has certainly not put us off, and we will be booking with you again next year. Thank you all again�
