This beautiful, four-bedroom two-bathroom luxury villa is situated on the Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, just south of Orlando. On-site facilities include an 18-hole championship golf course, a clubhouse with full-service restaurant and bar, basketball and tennis courts, a fitness suite, a childrens play area and a large community swimming pool. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, telephone, alarm-radio and a TV. Patio doors lead out to the pool. A second bedroom has a double bed and a walk-in wardrobe and the two further bedrooms are each fitted with twin beds with walk-in wardrobes and share another bathroom. There is ample living space with a lounge with TV and video, a formal dining area and the fully equipped kitchen has every convenience for your stay. Outside, the pool and large deck area are very private.

The games room is equipped with a pool table, foosball, air hockey, table tennis, and electronic darts.

Outside the gates of Southern Dunes you will be able to walk to a Winn-Dixie supermarket and to the 24-hour Wal-Mart hypermarket.

Southern Dunes is also conveniently located for Highway 27, leading to the Interstate 4 giving easy access to the Attractions of Disney, Universal Studios, and Seaworld. Both the Gulf and Atlantic Coast are also accessible via Interstate 4 allowing day visits to Tampa, Busch Gardens, Sarasota and the famous white sand beaches of the Gulf Coast, and Daytona, Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach and more super beaches on the Atlantic Coast.

In addition to Southern Dunes, there are many superb golf courses within 10 miles including Championsgate with two Greg Norman designed courses, Reunion with three courses designed by Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer, and Jack Nicholas, Highland Reserve, Providence, Orange Lake, Diamond Back, and Falcon's Fire to name just a few.
