This luxurious four bedroom, three bathroom, home is very spacious and is located just a short distance from Manasota Beach over the footway from Manasota Key. Will sleep up to 8/9 guests.

The living area includes a family room and formal dining set. For your enjoyment there is a colour cable television and V.C.R.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and full en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with access to a shower room. Bedrooms 3 & 4 both have twin beds and share the third full bathroom. A rollaway bed can be rented for a 9th person.

The modern kitchen has all manner of appliances, including microwave, dishwasher and fridge, with plenty of utensils and crockery to cater for your every need. A laundry room with washer and drier is also available for your use.

The large pool has the advantage of overlooking woodland and therefore is very private. Electric pool heating is an optional extra for those cooler months.

Englewood is easily accessible from U.S. Route 41 or Interstate 75, and Englewood and Manasota Key are located just 35 miles south of Sarasota and 85 mile south from Tampa Bay, 50 miles north of Fort Myers, 90 miles north of Naples.
