This superb four bedroom, three bathroom, home is located just across the footway from the barrier island of Manasota Key and is only minutes from Manasota Beach. It has two master suites and will sleep up to 9/10 people.

The living area is very spacious and comfortably furnished, with a formal dining table and family room, all of which look out over the pool area through large sliding doors. There is a large colour cable television, D.V.D. player and the villa also has the benefit of a built in music and sound system throughout the house.

The first master bedroom has a king size bed, whilst the second master bedroom has a queen bed, and they both have en-suite bathrooms. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin beds and share the third bathroom. You can rent rollaway beds for the 9th/10th guest.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including microwave, dishwasher, fridge and ample culinary utensils and dishes to cater for all your cooking needs. It also has a breakfast nook and a laundry room with washer and drier for your use.

The large pool has the advantage of a huge patio area and has the added benefit of optional electric pool heating for those cooler months. It overlooks woodland to the rear, giving added privacy.

The garage has been converted into a games room, with full size pool table, dart board and bar area.

An excellent choice for a family or group of friends, only a short drive to local shops and wonderful restaurants.

Englewood is easily accessible from U.S. Route 41 or Interstate 75, and Englewood and Manasota Key are located just 35 miles south of Sarasota and 85 mile south from Tampa Bay, 50 miles north of Fort Myers, 90 miles north of Naples.
