This lovely, fully air conditioned Mediterrean-style villa is a single storey property offering a cool retreat, located in the beautifully-kept, gated community of Tuscan Hills providing while still being close to Disney and other major attractions.
The accommodation boasts a well-appointed Master suite with King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. There is a further Queen-size double bedroom, a colourful twin bedroom, and a second bathroom. All the bedrooms have cable TV and a DVD player. The living area has relaxing sofas around a 55 inch HD TV with cable. There is also a Blue-Ray player with DVDs, and a Playstation 3 with games. The kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The villa has free super fast wi-fi access, throughout. There is also a games room. Outside, the property has its own oversized pool , with a shady lanai and comfortable seating. This area is fully screened and looks out onto manicured lawns and tropical planting.
At the front of the property is private parking for two vehicles. Close by is the community clubhouse with fitness suite and indoor children’s play area. The clubhouse also has an outside children’s play area as well as tennis court and volleyball court. Supermarkets (Publix and Super Walmart), pharmacies (Walgreens), restaurants, bars, diners, petrol station and banking are all a few minutes’ drive from the villa. Walt Disney World is 10 minutes’ drive away, Universal Studios and the new Legoland are a 20 minutes drive, while Islands of Adventure, and Seaworld are no more than 30 minutes’ drive away. There are many golf courses nearby including Champions Gate and Southern Dunes. Tuscan Hills is on the US 27 with easy access to the Interstate 4, leading to central Orlando and main airports. The Florida Turnpike is also easy to get to should you be visiting Fort Lauderdale, Miami or the Florida Keys.
"My husband & his colleague recently rented this villa while on a work trip to Orlando/Davenport. Although he has stayed in other vacation homes on previous trips to Florida, this one has left a wonderful impression on him. He said that from the moment they walked into the house, they knew they would enjoy their time there. Everything was of the highest quality & the area was perfect. Its in a lovely gated community & within easy access of all the main motorways. The house itself had 3 wonderful bedrooms, each had a tv, lots of storage space & were very generous in size. All the linen, towels & accessories needed were also plentiful. The house was immaculately clean & there was clearly no scrimping when it can to the furnishings. He actually said the sofa was the most comfortable one hes ever sat on! The internet speed was exceptional (above 350 mbps) & there was so many television channels available, meaning he could watch the football as well. There was even a games room " - AN
"Stayed here for two weeks in July and was not disappointed. Lovely quiet gated community with easy access to all the theme parks, shops and restaurants. Clean, comfy and spacious villa with nice touches to make the holiday run smoothly. Added bonus of a lovely pool and sun loungers plus pool table in the garage.
