This fabulous villa is located just 5 miles from the Disney complex with easy access to numerous restaurants, shops, outlet malls, and the other Attractions.

This villa has all the conveniences of  a home away from home with a large living area with TV and plenty of seating for all the family which leads to the lanai and pool area. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances has a breakfast seating area which seats six overlooking the pool deck, and there is also a formal dining area  The large pool deck has a covered lanai and is well equipped with table, chairs, and loungers. It also offers plenty of privacy as it is on a conservation area and is not overlooked at the back and has no rear neighbors.

The master bedroom has a King-size bed, television, large en-suite bathroom with twin vanity units, corner tub, and walk-in shower, and patio doors accessing onto the pool deck. The second master bedroom has a Queen-size bed, television, en-suite bathroom with bath and over shower.  There are 2 more bedrooms each with television,,one with a Disney theme and 2 twin beds, and the other is a Harry Potter theme with 2 twin beds. There is a further bathroom so there is plenty of space for everyone to get ready in the morning before you hit the theme parks and an ample supply of towels has been provided so that you do not have to worry about bringing your own and there is a laundry room with washer and dryer in case you need to use them during your  stay.

 The home has free wireless connection and there is also a games room offering a pool table,  air hockey table, and foosball table if you are looking for something else to do on your return to the villa.  Nearby you will find a number of stores and restaurants so you can stock up on supplies of enjoy a meal out while you’re here in Florida.
