"This is the fourth time we have stayed in the Davenport area and the third time in Burford Circle. This is the best villa by far! It has obviously had some money spent on it recently and is very well presented. The outlook from the pool is onto the Orange grove and the noises from the wildlife are very relaxing. In our opinion this location is perfect in that you are not very far away from all the major attractions but far enough to enjoy some quiet. We will be back and are looking at renting again next year too!!"

"This florida villa was GREAT! The pictures on the web definitely do not do the place justice. It was much larger/spacious than we expected, well constructed, and clean as well. Cleanliness was a big thing for us too, my family is a bunch of crazy Italians that are VERY picky when it comes to being clean, so our satisfaction in that area should mean a lot to you! The neighborhood was very nice as well. Your place has the advantage too of not having another house behind it, just the trees which is nice. Overall we were very happy with the villa and would definitely stay there again if you would have us. Thanks Again,"
