This villa provides easy access to all the theme parks, malls, restaurants and shops on either Interstate 4, Highway 27 or US192, and is just one mile from Championsgate with the Omni Hotel with 5 restaurants, two 18 hole Greg Norman designed golf courses, a David Leadbetter Golfing Academy, and an up-market shopping plaza with a Publix supermarket, shops, and several restaurants including American, French, Italian, and Mexican cuisine. 

There are many superb golf courses within 10 miles including Championsgate with two Greg Norman designed courses, Reunion with three courses designed by Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer, and Jack Nicholas, Highland Reserve, Providence, Southern Dunes, Orange Lake, Diamond Back, and Falcon's Fire to name just a few.

This is a popular villa in a quiet location yet within easy reach of the main attractions, including Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, and also a wide choice of dining options, shops, and malls.

“I have to write a brief note to let you know how much we enjoyed our recent holiday in Florida. The villa at 436 Burford Circle, The Manor at West Haven was better than we could have imagined and warrants more than the 5 stars you have awarded it. It is larger than the pictures or iPix portray and so well equipped and furnished that we wanted for nothing. We were even tempted to cook "at home" on occasions as the facilities were so inviting!! The pool and Jacuzzi were beautifully maintained and far bigger than we anticipated and had an open aspect at the rear of the house overlooking the orange groves. Access to the theme parks was quick and easy via I4 and it's only a short drive to either the Atlantic or Gulf Coasts. We can't wait to go again.”

"The villa was GREAT! The pictures on the web definitely do not do the place justice. It was much larger/spacious than we expected, well constructed, and clean as well. Cleanliness was a big thing for us too, my family is a bunch of crazy Italians that are VERY picky when it comes to being clean, so our satisfaction in that area should mean a lot to you! The neighborhood was very nice as well. Your place has the advantage too of not having another house behind it, just the trees which is nice.
